To unite, foster, develop and maintain close cooperation and
coordination between and among member associations; |
| |

To extend assistance to any member-associations, upon the latter’s
request consistent with MINFESA’s policies and capabilities; |

To do cargo consolidation/pooling and to represent the member-
association in their collective dealings with transport providers, the
government and other service providers; |

|
To advocate and recommend policies that would greatly promote and
protect shippers’ interest and improve the shipping, transportation and
logistics industry. |
